Civil War Era Knit Along - Sontag

I've had a lot of fun working on this project, and having unraveled my work at least a dozen times I totally can make another by memory. At first I wanted to make an adult sized sontag, but was a little short on yarn so instead made it child sized. One nice thing about being smaller is it's a lot less work :P . I still need to knit or crochet a border, but otherwise am finished. I really like how nice it turned out and definitely plan on making another.

Little sister Jubi modeling the sontag.

That is *so* adorable! I love child sized things. You should put it in the "brag section" on the Sewing Academy and let others enjoy. :-)

She is! I have got to post pictures of it now that I crocheted trim around the edges.
